When you use our Services, we store, process and transmit your data (for example recordings and songs) and information related to them (for example tags and other metadata).

Information you provide us directly

We ask for certain information such as your username, real name, location and e-mail address when you register for a ScoreCloud account, or if you correspond with us. We may also retain any messages you send through the Service, and may collect information you provide in User Content you post to the Service. We use this information to operate, maintain, and provide to you the features and functionality of the Service. Your username and if you choose to disclose it, your real name, will be published publicly.

Information we may receive from third parties

We may receive information about you from third parties. For example, if you access our websites or Service through a third-party connection or log-in, for example, through Facebook Connect, by “following,” “liking,” adding the ScoreCloud application, linking your account to the ScoreCloud Service, etc., that third party may pass certain information about your use of its service to DoReMIR. This information could include, but is not limited to, the user ID associated with your account (for example, your Facebook UID), an access token necessary to access that service, any information that you have permitted the third party to share with us, and any information you have made public in connection with that service. If you allow us access to your friends list, your friends’ user IDs, and your connection to those friends, may be used and stored to make your experience more social, and to allow you to invite your friends to use our Service as well as provide you with updates if and when your friends join ScoreCloud. You should always review, and if necessary, adjust your privacy settings on third-party websites and services before linking or connecting them to the ScoreCloud Service. You may also unlink your third party account from the Service by adjusting your settings on the third party service.

Log Files

Like many other Web sites, scorecloud.com makes use of log files. These files merely logs visitors to the site – usually a standard procedure for hosting companies and a part of hosting services’s analytics. The information inside the log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date/time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. This information is used to analyze trends, administer the site, track user’s movement around the site, and gather demographic information. IP addresses, and other such information are not linked to any information that is directly personally identifiable.

Cookies and Web Beacons

scorecloud.com uses cookies to store information about visitors’ preferences, to record user-specific information on which pages the site visitor accesses or visits, and to personalize or customize our web page content based upon visitors’ browser type or other information that the visitor sends via their browser.

Children’s Information

We believe it is important to provide added protection for children online. We encourage parents and guardians to spend time online with their children to observe, participate in and/or monitor and guide their online activity. DoReMIR does not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian believes that DoReMIR has in its database the personally-identifiable information of a child under the age of 13, please contact us immediately (using the contact in the first paragraph) and we will use our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.

By using our website and services, you hereby consent to our privacy policy and agree to its terms.
